A sterling silver bracelet featuring 11 articulating rectangular bezel set Azurmalachite type stones (likely reconstructed stone), each stone measuring approx 13mm x 7mm, fastened by a tongue clasp, stamped "925 Mexico" on the underside of the clasp.
Azurmalachite is a decorative gemstone displaying an attractive mixture of vivid blue azurite and and saturated green of malachite. It is relatively rare but sometimes found above copper deposits, commonly in USA, France and Namibia. Reconstructed versions of this stone have been compressed and stabilised with different treatments to enhance colour and durability.
